Some people love April Fools Day. . .some people hate it. I love the pranks and practical jokes that go on outside of the internet. . .but today is the day you can’t trust anything you read on the internet.
Which could be seen as a good thing or a bad thing.
I could see it as a day that I have to filter through everything in my RSS reader. . .and determine if it’s a joke or not. Sorry, I just don’t see myself doing that.
Or I could look at it as a day off. A day that I don’t /have/ to read everything in my RSS reader because if I do, I’ll be tricked.
Normally I feel a need to ‘be up-to-date’ on what is going on around the internets. Sometimes I just push that ‘mark all as read’ button. . .much like I’ll do today.

So this is my blog. This will be the place I go to write up random thoughts about random things. Most of it will deal with the internet or technology. . .since I am a geek. Just don't expect anything too exciting. . .
I wasn’t paying attention to the date and fell over three or four Google Pranks. I think my IQ is going down from my wife watching Flavor of Love at night.
It is funny how RSS news readers have become like e-mail clients. Read what you want or have the desire to and delete/read all the rest. Newsgroups 2.0 I say lol.
