. . .the Internet. . .especially when it comes to user generated content. It makes sense why they are peeking into the ‘Echo Chamber‘ when they can have their own supporters do the ‘Smear Campaigns‘ for them.
I, much like many of you(I hope), would prefer our candidate not participate in a smear campaign. . .sadly now they don’t have to. Political enthusiasts are putting together their own ‘commercials’. Some, like Obama Girl, are doing this in a good way. Others, like the john.he.is video, are pointing out the faults of a particular candidate.
What can you say about it? You can’t be mad at Hilary or Obama(and their staff), they didn’t put it together. You actually have to appreciate that someone took the time to create something like this that expresses their beliefs. Yes, I would have rather seen a video pointing out why they picked their candidate of choice. . .but I don’t think it’s right to judge something like this as if it were released by Hilary or Obama themselves.
Maybe I think this way because of how well put together the video was. I do not support McCain, but even if I did. . .I would have to admit that the parody was clever.
