So with the recent issues I have been having on Pownce, I contacted their support(Ariel) and asked for a refund since they said they couldn’t fix the problem.

I thought I would get some canned message about how it’s against company policy to do so and yada yada. Surprisingly they didn’t. She said it wasn’t going to be an issue and within an hour I saw the money back in my PayPal account.

Well done Pownce. . .well done(and thanks).
